S.O.A.R. Christian Academy is a desire of Father’s Vision Ministries, We have  strived to make  SOAR into a reality.  SOAR mission is to prepare each individual child for success by educating the whole child.   We have used a personal approach to understand the child and to teach them to embrace their individuality.  We will use several different strategies, to motivate them to want to learn.  We are committed to learning about each child’s challenges, talents, skills, and abilities.  The personal relationships with the children and their families are crucial in motivating everyone involved in coming up with a solution. We believe that every child is capable of learning, we just have to discover their unique learning style.  This is why we promote student awareness to let them have input on their academics.  Once the student has an input and discovers their learning style, then we can develop a unique curriculum tailored toward “The Whole Child” learning needs. SOAR is different because we will also focus on many Compassionate Teaching Strategies.  Compassionate teaching strategies include making home visits and intentionally learning about the challenges that each individual child faces, to overcome their specific barriers.
